Placing Orders and Payment

Simply add the products you wish to purchase to cart and checkout!

 

Payment can be made using credit card (Visa, Masters, Amex) through our checkout.

We also accept payment via PayNow.

Select 'Manual Payment' at checkout and scan the QR code provided here to make payment via PayNow.

After payment has been made, please screenshot payment transaction and send it to us:

Once payment has been verified, your order will be processed immediately. Should there be a failure of payment, the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Delivery Information

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore and shipping is free for all orders.

  1. All DIY Kits are delivered by our courier to your doorstep.

    • For add-on frames purchased together with our DIY Kits, it will be packed together and delivered by our courier to your doorstep.

    • For add-ons purchased separately, below $35, it will be sent via normal mail.

    • For add-ons purchase separately, above $35, it will be sent via SingPost SmartPac to your letterbox.
       

  2. Our Resin Earrings will be sent via SingPost SmartPac to your letterbox.
     

  3. AlphaBeads Keychains and EnWood Keychains will be sent via normal mail.

    • For orders with 10 and more keychains, please email us for bulk purchase. 
       

  4. EnWood series will be sent via normal mail.

    • For orders with 5 pieces and more, please email us for bulk purchase.
       

  5. Handy series will be sent via normal mail.

    • For orders with 5 pieces and more, please email us for bulk purchase.
       

  6. Cupper series will be sent via normal mail.

    • For orders with 5 pieces and more, please email us for bulk purchase.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds

 

Due to hygiene reasons, exchange, returns and refunds are not available for our earrings, hair ties and DIY Kits. 

 

Customized orders, sale and promotional products are also not eligible for exchange, returns and refunds.

For all other products, it must be in brand new condition - unused and in original packaging - before we will be able to process an exchange. Exchange must be done within 14 working days, from the day we send it out.
