🛒 Placing Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online shop, add the items you’d like to your cart, and proceed to checkout!

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through HitPay.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit cards.

Digital Wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay

🚚 Delivery Information

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore (excluding P.O. Boxes, restricted, and offshore island areas).

How are orders shipped?

As of 26 June 2025, all orders are shipped via SingPost Smartpac, which delivers to your letterbox and includes tracking.

Is shipping included?

Yes! Shipping is included for all orders within Singapore.

Can I opt for self-collection?

Yes, you can collect your order at any of our upcoming pop-up events. To arrange self-collection, please contact us to place your order directly.

What if I have a bulk order or want something customized?

For bulk orders, customizations, or onsite workshops, feel free to reach out to us, we’ll be happy to chat!

🔄 Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or preferences, as our items are handmade with care in small batches.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only offered for defective items, and must meet the following conditions:

Notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order, as reflected in the tracking information.
Item is unused and in its original condition.
Clear photos of the defect are provided for verification.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll arrange for an exchange of the same product (subject to availability).

What if I damaged the item after receiving it?

We totally get that accidents happen — but sadly, we are unable to offer exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery.
