Placing Orders and Payment

Simply add the products you wish to purchase to cart and checkout!

 

Payment can be made using credit card (Visa, Masters, Amex) through our checkout.

We also accept payment via PayNow.

  1. Select 'Manual Payment' at checkout
     

  2. Scan the QR code provided here or key in T20LL0223D to make payment via PayNow
     

  3. ​After payment has been made, please screenshot payment transaction and send it to us:

  4. Once payment has been verified, your order will be processed immediately. Should there be a failure of payment, the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.​​

Delivery Information

​

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore (except P.O. Boxes, restricted and Island areas) and shipping is free for all orders.

​

  1. As of 1 August 2023, the main method of delivery will be via SingPost Smartpac (subject to changes). In the event the order is too big to fit into a Smartpac, it will be delivered via courier to your doorstep.

    Method of delivery includes:

    • SingPost Normal Mail (without tracking)

    • SingPost SmartPac (with tracking, delivered to your letterbox)

    • Courier Delivery (with tracking, delivered to your doorstep. Requires contact number and email address)
       

  2. For bulk orders and special requests (e.g. customized/advance orders, onsite workshops), please contact us.​

Exchange, Returns & Refunds

 

Due to hygiene reasons, exchange, returns and refunds are not available for our accessories (includes earrings, necklaces, hair ties etc), DIY and Workshop Kits. 

 

Customized orders, sale and promotional products are also not eligible for exchange, returns and refunds.

​For all other products, 1-for-1 exchanges between products of the same value are only eligible for products that are still in brand new condition - unused and in original packaging - before we will be able to process an exchange.

 

Exchange must be done within 14 working days, from the day we send it out. All delivery/postage fees incurred during the exchange shall be bourne by the customer. Do use a method of delivery that has tracking, as we will not be liable for any returns that go missing in transit.

We will check all items in the order before sending them out to prevent sending of defects. For any returns, the return will be processed as a store credit/voucher equivalent to the price at the point of purchase (delivery fees, if any, not included). We do not provide cash refunds.

​

We reserve the right to reject exchanges and returns that do not fulfill the conditions above.
